I changed my site layout and I really like it, it’s very colorful and it pops. I finally had the time to change it after leaving the other layout for such a long time and a lot of people recommended that I change it to get more visitors, so that’s what I did. I hope everyone likes the new look. I watched American Idol on Wednesday and I’m so happy that the person I voted for won, Kris really deserved it. In other news I finish my senior year on tuesday, which is also just a half day for me, meaning I will be able to update more often. Now all I need is suggestions for updates, but I never get really any suggestions. You should change that and give me a suggestion on what you want more of and what kind of layouts you like.

I’ve seen serious drops in the amount of unique views I get daily, I use to get over 2,000 every weekend and the highest I got was over 3,000, but now sometimes I don’t even reach 1,000 unique views. I’ve been trying to think of ways to improve my site to get people to continue visiting, but I just don’t know what to do. I mean if I was doing something different from a few months ago that caused the views to go down I would know what to do, but I haven’t done anything different. Perhaps you can help me? Please comment this post with ways you think I could improve my site and I’ll take your suggestions into consideration. Thank you to everyone that does decide to help. 
stop removing my credit

The title basically says it all. I’m glad that people are actually commenting when they use something, but lately people have been removing my credit off of my layouts and it’s getting really annoying. The reason why I’m so annoyed by this is because I don’t put credit on my backgrounds or anywhere else on my layouts other than the tiny button on the top left corner. The whole point of the button is to let other people know where you got your layout and where they can get one too. It’s basically just courteous to leave the credit there as kind of a thank you to the person that took the time to make the layout or anything else you used. And to those that do use my stuff and leave the credit, thank you so much.

I finally got around to putting up the new layout. I love the fact that it’s actually centered and doesn’t look weird on other people’s browsers, that’s always a plus. Now that I’m done with my third quarter of my senior year I’ll probably be able to update more often since some of my teachers will be letting up on the workload due to the fact that they claim seniors go crazy and don’t show up during the last quarter. LOL, it’s actually pretty true since most seniors develop senioritis and it gets more severe as one gets closer to graduation. However, school will most likely be occupying a lot of my time especially until the AP exams in May. I can’t wait till April 6 because that’s when Spring Break starts where I live and I’m in need of a week long break. I really want to increase the number of unique hits I get on the site but can’t seem to find a good way to gain more users other than to update more often. Question is what do I update? I always have that dilemma of trying to figure out what people want me to make more of since rarely does anyone tell me. Well, I guess I will leave with that till next time.

I’ve been so busy lately with school and everything, it’s crazy. I’ve still managed to update often and I’m very proud of that. I’m going to be putting up a new layout on the site soon and revamping a lot of it. I’m thinking about making sort of a newsletter/magazine for the website that will have stuff about music, beauty, style, celebrities, real life stories, etc. It’s going to be kind of like a magazine content wise and like a newsletter size wise. I haven’t quite decided if I will make it since I’m already busy enough but we’ll see. I will definitely be updating a lot next week since I’ll be taking a few days off due to standardized testing, I don’t have to participate in. I’ll be spending some time making new layouts and working on the website. I don’t really have much else I want to “talk” about so, au revoir.

-Do you think a Magazine/Newsletter is a good idea?
