1. open your image. for this tutorial i'll be using a picture of vanessa hudgens


2. select the brush tool and select a basic round brush with soft edges


3. pick a color (depending on the picture some colors might work better then others)
then open a new layer and set it on screen


4. with the brush click wherever you want the orb(s) to be
and then you're done
