1. open your image. for this tutorial i'll be using a picture of katherine mcphee
2. go to the right and select the blur tool
3. put the blur tool's strength on 100%
4. move the blur tool over the person's skin to make it look more flawless/smoother
resize the blur tool if needed and try to not blur a person's nose too much or it'll look weird
4. then, you're done.
